2nd week running since ditching the knee brace. Feels funky but ok. Fingers crossed that the knee continues to improve.

Mon - Core class
Tues - Easy 5 miles; Indians game
Wed - Core class, 30 miles biking - beautiful day (until the Indians lost)
Thurs - 5 miles easy
Fri - 1800 yds swimming; Core work with Jake
Sat - 12 miles
Sun - 5 miles
WTD: Running: 27 miles
Biking: 30 miles
Swimming: 1800 yds (1 mile)
Mon - Core class
Tues - Easy 5 miles; Indians game
