I need to connect with you Kevin - riding the Great Allegheny Passage with three other women in May.  Since we pass through the area where JFK is run, I want to find out the details on that Pancake place, and I want to see if we can connect when I get to DC (on the Friday before Memorial Day, 2017).  I'm never sure if the email and phone that I have for you are accurate.  Can you email me at mck@mindspring.com.  Thanks.

Mon - Day Off
Tues - 6 miles easy running; Strength work w/Jake
Wed - Swim 1800 yds; Core class
Thurs - 5.8 miles easy running; Strength work w/Jake
Fri - Swim 1500 yds (didn't realize when Aerobic classes start)
Sat - 8 miles easy running - trails and roads - climbed the new stairs in the Metropark - fun
Sun - 15 miles on Bike before the downpour

Run: 19.8 miles
Bike: 15 miles
Swim: 3300 yds

Slacker that I am, can you tell its the off season?
