M - 5.8mi 
T - 1.3mi w/ Hamilton
W - off
Th - 1hr10min + 1hr bike commute
F - 17.1mi (last 1.1mi with Hamilton)
S - 6.3mi
S - 2hr5min bike

Kevin, I agree with Mike.  Nice week no matter what the speed.

14 miles total for me this week over 4 runs.  Also slow but it is what it is.  The 4 today were without the knee brace and it felt pretty good until the very end.

Kevin...I am amazed at how quickly you've been able to come back with the mileage you're doing.  Slow or not it's impressive!

Mon - Swim 2050 yds
Tues - 6.75 mi w 3x1mi
Wed - Swim 2250 yds, Bike 11.5 mi to pool
Thurs - 8.25 w/6 @ 9:54 (MP)
Fri - Swim 1950 yds, Bike 11.5 mi to pool
Sat - 12 mi @ 10:37

Ditto the above, Kevin.  

Getting back into the "running" thing - albeit slowly and still trying to add in a bit of swimming and biking too.

Mon - 5.0 easy miles in CHQ; Lake Erie Swim (1100 yds) - very rough, tough swim
Tues - Speed work (3K,2K,1K,800 m)- 7 miles total 
Wed - 4.2 recovery miles; 1800 yds swimming
Thurs - 2000 yds swimming
Fri - Easy 5 miles then drive back to NY
Sat - 12 miles - 1st longish run in a while, glad the temps were cool at the start 9:20 overall pace
Sun - 30 miles on the bike
