Still  little bit of everything.  But I did register for Boston, 2017 today.

Mon -Day off
Tues - 8 miles with 6 x 800m speedwork.  Still hot and humid for repeats which makes them tough
Wed - 5 easy miles AM; 2000 yds Swim PM
Thurs - 30 miles Cycling
Fri - 6 easy miles AM; 2000 yds Swim PM
Sat - 30 miles Cycling
Sun - 15 miles (13 done pacing a friend at Erie Marathon)
