Final Week of Taper

Mon - 5 miles running w/ last 8 min hard
Tues - 30 miles cycling; 1800 yds swimming
Wed  15 miles cycling
Thurs - 1800 yds swimming
Fri - 3 miles running; 800 yds swimming in Lake Erie
Sat - 8 miles cycling; 1.5 miles running
Sun - Ironman 70.3 Ohio   6:08:11 final time; 19th AG, 764 overall  (out of 1908 finishers)

Another check off the bucket list - but I liked it, so maybe another next summer, we will see.
