Tue     4  slow  73°F Felt good.
Wed     - 
Thu     - 
Fri     - 
Sat     - 
Sun     6  easy  62°F Easy peasy around Lake Calhoun in Minneapolis.

First runs of any kind since January 15 and surgery in March.

Tues - 1 mile
Thurs - 1 mile
Sat - 2 miles!

Sun - woke up with sore legs Embarassed

4 miles total but it's a start...

Th - 8.25 w/ 4 @ tempo (first successful workout!)
F - off
S - 3.2 w/ 650' gain/loss @ 8000'
S - 12.5 w/ 3200' gain/loss @ 8000' (Tenaya Lake to Clouds Rest and back)

Week - 38.1mi

IM 70.3 Training Continues

Mon - Swim 2000 yds; Strength work
Tues - 40 miles Bike with intervals; Swim Class 2250 yds
Wed - 8 miles with 5 x 800m - Tough workout at it was very hot and humid
Thurs - 2000 yds in Swim Class; Strength work in gym
Fri - Bike 35 miles solid pace; Run 20 min - 1st Brick
Sat - Bike easy 18 miles
Sun - Presque Isle Half Marathon - slow(est) time on course 1:50:38 in very humid conditions; however, 1st AG! (so obviously I wasn't the only one who thought it warm); Warm up and warm down added 3.5 more miles

Bike: 93 miles
Swim: 6250 yds
Run: 27.1 miles
