M - 6.1mi easy
T - 10.2mi trail w/ lots of tempo/hard efforts up big hills
W - off
Th - 6.4mi easy + 1hr20min easy bike
F - 12.4mi easy
S - 3mi recovery with dad
S - 6.5mi easy/recovery w/ dad + 8x hill sprints

Week - 44.6mi

First time over 40mi in a long while.
