Th - off
F - 1hr ride SO WINDY
S - weights
S - 1hr15min ride in SHORTS

Mon - 8 miles with strides, great run in the mode; Strength work with Jake
Tues - No running, Bruce concert
Wed - 10 miles indoors due to driving rain & wind, Core work with Jake
Thurs - 6 recovery miles
Fri - No running, stretch class
Sat - 20 hilly miles
Sun - 6 recovery miles

WTD: 50 miles (1st at 50 for this Boston cycle)

Most miles in Feb in a long time.  March is expected to be lighter due to travel and the NYC Half
