M - 3mi to/from grocery store w/ new commuter pack + weights
T - off
W - weights + 55min ride w/ 2-4-6-4-2min intervals @ VO2max (ouch)
Th - off
F - 2hr ride w/ 45min "Noon Goon" race ride (ouch x2)
S - 7.8mi run on dead legs
S - 1hr5min easy/recovery ride + maybe a run later?

Off track as I try to figure out some lower body niggles.

Mon: 3.2 miles walking on trails with Alita, feet a little sore later, knee seemed pretty good.
Tue: 3 miles walking on pavement, more sore later. Knee a little twitchy. Gah!
Wed: 20 minutes of core work.
Thu-Sun: Shut it down over my own objections to see if things can resolve. I think I may have been landing differently while favoring my knee and irritating my feet.

Hope things settle down soon. I'm antsy and eager to go.

Monday -         Rest
Tuesday -        5 recovery indoor miles; Core work w/ Jake
Wednesday -    10 miles outdoors on some ice & snow; Core class
Thursday -       8 miles w/ 4 @ LT (7:55,7:45,7:45,7:38)
Friday -           Core & stretch class
Saturday -       16 hilly miles done as a fast finish
Sunday -         6 very slow recovery miles

WTD:   45 miles
