Sat    11  race  18°F to/from & PVTC By George 5K -- 24:32
Sun     -        Brutal winds yesterday, so I took today off.

Aileen and I were on the lookout for you this morning, Kevin.  Figured it wasn't worth it in the cold.

MWF - weights

Running/cycling - a big fat 0.  Cold and busy this week.

M-4X TM hills (.25mi) 1 (.50mi down) 5mi-total
Tu-off
W-7 TM
Th-off
F- 7 brrrrr on the 606 path, almost all to my lonesome self
Sa-11.11 1hr 30 min hills, last 1/4 faster @ Morton Arboritum 10 below wind chills
Su- 35min Arc recovery 1hr strength
30 mi wk 154 YTD

Mon  - No running, core class
Tues - 9 total miles w/ 5 @ LT on the dreadmill; Work with trainer
Wed - 6 recovery miles on indoor track; core class
Thurs - 10 miles over the Boston course on the mill, Work with trainer
Fri - 4 recovery miles on the mill
Sat - No running, Worked at Olympic Trials
Sun - 18 miles on the LA Marathon course -not as warm as expected, but still way warmer than I was used to.  Ran consistent splits from mile 8 to the finish.

WTD: 47.1 miles
