been an eventful week.  Ran about 50 miles incl a new PR in the Detroit International HM 1:23:57 this morning.  Not bad for an old guy.  This after a Daddy-Daughter MRI day on Wednesday.  No structural damage, but a stress fracture waiting to happen at the top of my left tibia.  Had to run though.  Hobbling around tonight.  Hope a quick recovery and on to CIM.

And Michael take care of yourself - a couple of easy weeks will be good medicine.

Mon - Day off
Tues - Easy 5 miles
Wed - 6 total miles with 2@ MP - 8:23 & 8:25
Thurs - Day off
Fri - 5 easy with striders
Sat - 3 easy before driving to CBus
Sun - Columbus Marathon - 3:38:41 fastest since St. George in 2008  Felt good the entire run.  Negative split due to being in the back of the corral, but took time to get to the half and then dropped the hammer.

WTD: 45.2 with race

YTD: 1670
