Mon     8  easy  62°F Took a hard header onto gravel. Ouch.
Tue     -             Took a day off to heal.
Wed     5  easy  84°F
Thu     5  easy  71°F
Fri     - 
Sat     7  frtlk 70°F Well before fireworks on the national mall.
Sun    10  long  68°F

Ultra-style run/hikes are helping keep my knee in check.  Seeing 12min/mi average pace is weird, but hey, at least it's forward progress with some big hills.

M - aborted hike (3.3mi, SO MANY BUGS) + 4.2mi run with Dan
T - gym
W - gym + 4.7mi run/hike with Dan (500' gain/loss)
Th - 6.4mi run/hike solo (950' gain/loss)
F - gym
S - 4.3mi run with Aileen and Dan, short hard effort
S - TBD, probably a run/hike with Aileen

Week - 23+mi

Wed - 5.2 recovery
Thurs - 8.3 w/ 4 @ LT (&:55; 7:44; 7:52, 7:44)
Fri - Yoga, core and weights
Sat - 15 on the Death from Hills course
Sun - recovery 6

WTD:  44.5
