M - recovering from heat/dehydration
T - driving to northern CA
W - Mt. Diablo, 14mi w/ 3300' gain/loss, 2hr45min
Th - literally nada, too lazy to even drive around the corner to pick up pizza
F - driving back
S - indoor Go Karting, won the 2nd race by a landslide
S - 1hr15min mountain bike ride

Pretty light week, motivation hit and miss

You RAN up Mt. Diablo????  Geez, I drove up there last year and thought the guys riding bikes up that monster were nuts.  (It was also December and if the cold wasn't enough, the wind at the top was outrageous).

No wonder you wanted the pizza delivered the next day.
