Mon - Off
Tues - 9 miles easy; trainer
Wed - 4 recovery miles
Thurs - 6 miles easy
Fri -Day off, Trainer
Sat - 6 easy miles
Sun - 13.1 miles as a HM Pacer.  Hilly course, warm, but got it done on time.

WTD:  38.1 miles

Last big week, starting mini taper for June 13 trail 25K

Mon: 14.5 miles, mostly on course of 25K. Lots of climbing/descent
Tue: Rest
Wed: 3.1 miles barefoot
Thu: Rest
Fri: 7.1 miles low HR (in Lunas)
Sat: Rest
Sun: 4.3 miles walking

Week: 28.9 miles

This week: Shorter runs and a couple of charging days before the Beacon Rock 25K on Saturday. I'll need to stock up on carbs a bit; there's so much climbing there's no way I'll stay in a fat-burning zone.

F - 223 mile drive, rollers
S - 8.8 mile run, almost flat
S - nuffin, followed by 223 mile drive, rollers

24 miles for the week, 693 driving.
