Thu     5  easy  69°F
Fri     - 
Sat    12  race  71°F to, from & Semper Fi 5K -- 21:34 -- nice event.
Sun    12  long  69°F

Still recovering from donating blood and coming down with a bad cold. Progress is slow.

Mon: Bonus rest day
Tue: 2 miles, tentatively, on the treadmill
Wed: 3.1 miles barefoot
Thu: Rest day
Fri: 4.4 miles
Sat: 3.8 miles walking during/after parade
Sun: 3 miles

Week: 16.4 miles

Mon - 5 miles; Core class
Tues - 4.5 miles hard
Wed - Easy 5 miles with striders; core class
Thurs - 7 miles with 2@half pace; yoga
Fri - Day off
Sat - Easy 5
Sun - 13.1 easy at Cleveland Half; 5.2 miles walked with Mike as he struggled to a marathon finish

WTD: 44.8 miles
