Cracked 30 miles for the first time in more than a year. Hard to believe it's been that long.

Mon: 12 miles at low HR (longest run in more than a year), in sandals
Tue: 2.2 miles walking on lunch break
Wed: 3.1 miles barefoot, 1 mile walking on lunch break
Thu: 2.7 miles up-tempo, shoe testing at Nike
Fri: 4 miles low HR, in sandals
Sat: Rest day
Sun: 4 miles low HR on the track, 2.6 miles low HR on the trail, both in sandals

Week: 31.7 miles

Thanks for the shout out Kevin.

I finished the week w/ 86 miles and I'm 4 weeks out from the Thunder Rock 100.  I hope it cools off for the race because that 82 degrees in DC about killed me.

I've been tracking you Boston runners all day and you all did a fine job.  Congrats!
