Bummer indeed, Kevin.  A friend of mine on Strava described the trails (and paths) as "an icy, shitty mess," which sounds about right.

M - 5.9mi recovery
T - 7.9mi w/ 4x 8min tempo
W - 5mi recovery/goofing around on ice at Great Falls, VA
Th - off
F - 7.2mi easy
S - 23.25mi fast finish (17-22.5)
S - 16.25mi recovery w/ 1400' gain/loss

EDIT:  Week - 65.6ish

"Icy, shitty mess" - pretty much describes NE Oh right now.  After taking 3 full days off, the rest of the week was good.

Mon - 0
Tues - 0
Wed - Easy 5 miles, 16F and sunny, able to run on roads that were mostly clear; Core class
Thurs - Easy 6.8 miles, forced inside by negative temps
Fri - No running, worked hips and quads with trainer
Sat - 18 miles outside.  -6F at start of run, but road was clear and we only had to go on the snow covered path for about 4 miles of the run (due to blind corners, a busy cut through section of the park, and the hill)
Sun - Easy 5 indoor track as it is (Guess What ) snowing again!

WTD:  34.8

Icy Shitty mess sounds like Detroit too.  Way to many treadmill runs.  All the sidewalks are unrunable so that makes even reasonable days a challenge.

Back off week intensity wise before I ramp up over the next three weeks.

Mon - double 10/6 with strides
Tue - 12 w/9@7:05
Wed - 0 -- only second day off this month.  5th since Xmas. - felt GREAT!!
Thu - 10 with strides
Fri - 10 w/ 8x800 @ 6:20 pace
Sat -  8: finally got outdoors on some hills
Sun - 16 hilly
