I don't find it particularly surprising.  I've always thought that there is such a thing as 'too much' running (or exercise in general)... and that there is an amount that is 'most beneficial'.  Doesn't change what I do... I'm not running to live longer.  I'm running to live better.

As a late entry to the world of running I think I'm also pretty safe. Very Happy Combine that with my 3 day a week schedule and my nearly slow enough pace and I'm golden. Running Running Running
