M - Th - off (core workout Tuesday)
F - 10.8mi easy
S - 16.8mi long
S - 9.3mi trail, may add another 5mi this afternoon
Week - 37.5mi

The slow build continues.
Mon: 45 minutes low HR (3.1 miles)
Tue: Cross-training, 2.3-mile walk
Wed: Rest day
Thu: 55 minutes barefoot in cold rain (4.25 miles)
Fri: Strength work, core and calves
Sat: Rest day
Sun: 4.3 miles, including a 3-mile MAF test
Week: 14 miles (most since March)
Mon: 45 minutes low HR (3.1 miles)

Tues - 5 mile with 6 x hill; Work with trainer
Wed - Easy 5 recovery miles, core class
Thurs - 4.5 miles with 4 x 1 min hard
Fri - Day off, work with trainer
Sat - Christmas Story 10K done as a Progression Run (8:02 down to 7:21) Windy and wet, 1 mile cool down
Sun - 9 miles easy, Yoga
WTD: 30.7
