Sun     -             Day off (due to hammy tweak while raking leaves).

W - 6.6mi recovery
Th - 11.1mi progression + 3mi recovery
F - off, flying back to DC
S - 10mi easy
S - 20mi LSD

mon - rest day -- loved it
tue - 9.5 with strides
wed - 6/4 double
thu - turkey trot 38:39 10k PR -- total for day 9.8
fri - 4
sat - 12 on the flattest straightest rails to trails I've ever been on in Midland, MI -- 1/2" snow on the ground to keep it interesting
sun - 6 easy

52 for the week - second taper week

Tired - just physically tired.

Mon - Day off
Tues - 6 miles in the early am with the group; Trainer
Wed - 5 early am miles before travelling east
Thurs - 8 miles in Boston with 10 x 1 min pickups
Fri  - 3.5 recovery miles (icy)
Sat - 8.5 miles - lots of running on the grass 
Sun - Travel home
