Tue: 5 Miles (0.25M speedup progressive 7:45-->6:00)
Wed: 11 Miles Easy
Thu: Rest
Fri: 6 Easy
Sat: 10.5 Race (Monday Night Brewing Westside 10 Miler (Really 10.2): 60:58; 1st Pace OA ; Really Hilly (multiple miles with 100+ ft of climb), Cold, Pouring Rain, Gusting Wind; Still a great time - finished at a Brewery (Serving) with Tacos.
Sun: 17 Easy (Though… A friend decided we should run a hilly loop ~6.5 miles before meeting up with the rest of the group. After yesterday, I was )

Carpet Capital 10 Miler, Gobbles???? Recovery week for me.
Mon - Travel home from Tucson
Tues - No running, work with trainer
Wed - Circuit class, 2 easy miles on road - very cold
Thurs - 3.55 miles on dreadmill, too cold outside
Fri - Weights with trainer
Sat - 6.2 miles in 2" of snow and while snowing
Sun - 8.55 miles on snow, ice, and slush covered roads. Slow but fun run with Laura & Chris
WTD: 20 miles
YTD: 1666 miles

Work and weather wasn’t conducive to getting a lot of time on my feet, but I tried to make the best of the opportunities that I had.
Mon: 8.3 miles on packed snow (22°)
Tue: Crazy day, no time to walk at work.
Wed: Crazy day, no time to walk at work.
Thu: 8.4 miles, started on pavement, too icy, did rest on TM
Fri: Crazy day, no time to walk at work.
Sat: Off
Sun: 4.5 miles, snow’s gone, back to regular PNW winter conditions - 39° and clammy
Week: 21.2 miles
Mon: 8.3 miles on packed snow (22°)
