He's got a 180M week in early January. He's got a bunch of weeks in the 140s. Here's a stretch he did:

Saturday - 14M am, 16M pm
Sunday - 20M am, 10M pm
Monday - 16M am, 13M pm
Tuesday - 16M am, 13M pm
Wednesday - 16M am, 13M pm
Thursday - 16M am, 14M pm

No decent treadmills then. Trained in all kinds of junk. Love his frustration entries on snow days. I can relate to his sick day entries after this week! Thanks for posting, I love this kind of stuff. Remember seeing him on the Runners World cover back then with the white gloves, classic!

You could meet him if you'd like. The Hartford Marathon Foundation is hosting a new race called The Legends Run here in Middletown, CT on June 30. According to the mailing that came today, Rodgers and Amby Burfoot have laid out the 4 mile course and will be at a special meet and greet for the runners the night before.
