Well Matt the rest of the week shaped up pretty darn good.

Friday: 10.50 miles @ 7:18 pace
Saturday: 20 miles @ 7:07 pace first 5 miles warm-up, next 10 miles was Fartlek (various distances for each rep), last 5 miles cool-down
Sunday: 10 miles @7:50 pace

As for this week pretty much the same as last week:

Monday: 10 miles 7:16 pace
Tuesday: 10.50 miles @ 7:10 pace
Wednesday: 10 miles @ 7:28 pace

The plan for the rest of the week is 2 more days of 10 or more miles and then to do a back-to back long run either 20 and 20 or 30 and 25. Haven't decided yet which one I will do.

Boy you really like that 7-8 min range, doncha? Great training, doesn't look like you are drifting or dreamin!

So how many OTs can the Hawks play in the Stanley Cup finals?  I hope you are enjoying the series.  Got any side bets going with VW?
