My turn.

Mine:

1) Keep it fun.
2) Maintain my weight at about 160 pounds.
3) Stay injury free.
4) Keep barefooting (as much as possible, given the next goal).
5) Build up for (and hopefully run) my first ultra (Mount Hood 50) in July.

Let's see:
1. Mostly fun.
2. Bzzt! Nope! I'm about 172 now.
3. Well, I stayed free of *serious* injuries... (smashed a toe, got niggles from tester shoes)
4. Yes! It helped with No. 1, and No. 3.
5. Yes!
