Mon - 45min recovery run
Tues - 1hr GA run AM, 2hr easy bike PM
Wed - 1hr easy run
Thurs - 1hr progression run AM, 2hr5min tempo bike PM
Fri - off
12hr20min week, 50.42mi run
Sun - 2hr10min easy run
Mon - 45min recovery run

NY training starts in a couple of weeks.
Mon - 6 miles + striders
Tues - Easy 5
Wed - 6 mile tempo run
Thurs - 5 miles easy + 10 miles biking. 1st ride since October and I didn't forget how
Fri - 12 miles in the stifling heat and humidity
Sat - 6 easy miles
Sun - 30.6 miles biking (with breakfast!)
Total for the week: 40 miles
Mon - 6 miles + striders
Tues - Easy 5
Wed - 6 mile tempo run
Thurs - 5 miles easy + 10 miles biking. 1st ride since October and I didn't forget how
Fri - 12 miles in the stifling heat and humidity
Sat - 6 easy miles
Sun - 30.6 miles biking (with breakfast!)

First official week of training for Humboldt Cty marathon

Tuesday-6 easy in am with Nike group...tried the Lunar Glides...really liked them
Tuesday 5.5 (1.25 mile warm up, 2 miles at 10K pace, 1200 at 5K pace with 400 rest x 2, cool down).

Friday-8 miles at MP
Saturday-5 mile fun run with Nike group...tried Lunar glides again
Sunday 13 miles at MP+60 sec.

I treated this week like it was a runoff for the olympics. 0 miles. I swear I am going to start running again soon.

Been absent for a while. Sorry. Work has been nuts. Played in a couple of golf tournaments and have been traveling.
Mon 7 w 2@MP - flew to Stuttgart that night - missed connection in Amsterdam therefore missed my run on........
Tue - off (unintentionally)
Wed - 6 Mile Recovery
Thu - 4 mile warmup with some strides
Fri - 26.2 drove to Marburg, Germany after breakfast with my running colleague and ran in the Marburg Naughtmarathon -- started at 7pm -- made the decision 10 days before to run it. Race report to be posted sometime this week. no PR, was not intended to be (I now understand that every marathon is tough even if you plan it slow - 20 min above PR) - but was still an AG win.
Sat - Enjoyed Cologne
Sun - flew home

I'm way late on this post. As of this posting I'm 2 days from doing my HIM with a predicted high of 98.
Mon: 50 mile bike + 5 mile run
Tue: 12 mile run + 2400yd swim
Church conference so no swimming of biking for 3 days.
Wed: 7
Thu: 8
Fri: 7
Sat: 43 bike + 3 mile run
Sun: 9
WTD: 51 running, 93 cycling and 2400 swimming
Mon: 50 mile bike + 5 mile run
Tue: 12 mile run + 2400yd swim
