IronStrength work-out Empty IronStrength work-out

anyone try the Iron Strength work-out from Runners world? Dr. Meltzer I think - there's a few videos demonstrating part of the work-out, but I guess the complete work-out is in his book. It's mostly for strength and injury prevention. Under the videos a guy posted a link to a printable version of it. I did it last night - only 5 min. of each timed part. pretty tough and was a little tight this morning, but still managed 13 mile progression to 10k pace run today. I'm going to do it 2x a week.

There are a lot of strengthening exercises out there. I'm a big believer in it, though I haven't looked at the ones you're specifically mentioning. I assume they're similar.
