Ended blog (check out new one)
After an implosion in Illinois I have 4 weeks to recovery, rebuild and redeem myself in Buffalo.
The 4 week plan is simple: week 1 and 2 pretty dam easy Week 3 a slight build up in the early part of the week doing 14 miles one day and then taper back down for week 4.
I ran yesterday 5 miles on TM at night as I woke up feeling under the weather with a sore throat and lethargic.
Today was a scheduled day off and needed and not feeling 100% still although throat seems much better. On top of that my back is hurting quite a bit when sitting or laying down. I'll have to head to the chiro hopefully Friday.
Tomorrow scheduled for 5 miles but we will see how I feel in the morning.
I am not overly concerned about this week of running but would still like to get in a few miles.

I hope Buffalo goes well. I hope you're not getting sick. That sure slows everything down.

The plastic bag might have given you the sore throat.

that was it! LOL
Today I woke up feeling a lot better although my back still hurts a bit.
Ran an easy 5 miles in what started off as perfect weather then it poured rain for a mile or so. my HR and pace was smack in the middle of my zone which is a good sign.
